Tessa L. Pieper is an enrolled member of the Menominee Indian Tribe of Wisconsin and has lived on the Menominee Indian Reservation most of her life. She brings more than a decade of experience administering tribal and federal programs, including Indian Health Service clinic operations, U.S. Department of the Treasury-funded housing programs, and the management of tribal facilities, vendors and procurement. She founded Sovereign Contracts Group on the conviction that the agencies serving Native communities deserve products and service of the highest standard, delivered by a Native-owned enterprise rooted in those communities.
